Our Engineering team has identified the root cause of this issue and has prepared a fix that will be deployed during a scheduled maintenance window tonight.

Because the update requires system downtime, we have chosen to perform the deployment after hours to minimize disruption to users and ensure the least amount of interruption to normal operations.

Investigating

If using the patient quick search in the dark blue header bar, hitting the enter key instead of manually clicking on the patient name will trigger a log out. While we resolve this issue, please use the mouse to click on the appropriate patient name instead of hitting the enter key when using the patient quick search in the dark blue header in the upper right
