The scanning issue has been identified as the result of a security update in Google Chrome. To resolve this, please follow the steps outlined in the knowledge base article linked below:

Identified

We are aware of an issue impacting the ability to scan directly into RevolutionEHR following a recent Google Chrome security update.

Our development team is actively working to update our scanning integration software to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, documents can be scanned outside of RevolutionEHR using your scanner’s software and uploaded manually.

We’ll post an update as soon as this issue is resolved.
